Andrea (Andy) King Robertson

Andy graduated from the University of Washington School of Law in 1998.  She became a licensed attorney in Washington State in 1998, and worked exclusively in the criminal defense field. She has represented hundreds of persons accused of criminal charges, including DUIs, misdemeanors, and felonies. She has also handled appellate matters in the Court of Appeals (Div. 1) and the Washington Supreme Court (including Lewis v. Dept of Licensing, 157 Wash. 2d. 446 (2006) watch video - Andy is final speaker in argument).

Ryan B. Robertson

Ryan graduated from the Seattle University School of Law in 1998.  Ryan became a licensed attorney in Washington State in 1998, and has since worked exclusively in the criminal defense field. Ryan has been recognized as a Rising Star lawyer by Law & Politics Magazine. Ryan has been a speaker at the annual DUI law seminar presented by the Washington Foundation for Criminal Justice (WFCJ). Ryan is a member of the WFCJ, as well as the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Ryan is a judge pro tem for the King County District Court.

Since 1998, Ryan has represented hundreds of persons accused DUIs, misdemeanors, and felonies.  Ryan also handles appellate cases throughout Washington State. Ryan’s appellate practice focuses on:

  • Department of Licensing Suspensions
  • Commercial Driver’s License Suspensions
  • Trial conviction reversals
  • Besides arguing appellate cases in the Superior Courts of King, Pierce, Thurston, and Snohomish Counties, Ryan has argued cases before the Court of Appeals Divisions One and Two, and has argued before the State Supreme Court:
